My Question or Issue

Hey. 

Spotify is cutting the playlists, and also the Recently played doesnt refresh, 

how can i fix it ?

hey.
i did it 5 times, it's like that for a long time.

Just to confirm, are the steps you followed to attempt reinstalling Spotify the 'Windows 10 related' steps featured in this page? Asking since there's also this support article providing some steps to reinstall the app and both are useful, but the first link will give you some 'extra' steps which can make the difference in this case since, by following them, you'll have a brand-new as well as the most updated version of the Spotify app.

 

Before making any further attempts with reinstalling Spotify, would you also mind turning off the Hardware Acceleration option in the app? Everything should run more smoothly as a result. To do this, click the Alt key while using the app > View > Hardware Acceleration.
