Spotify does not load

I have this problem for two days, I hope I'm not the only one. When I start spotify it stays on the screen without carelessly logging in. I tried several times to uninstall Spotify from the Windows control panel (using Windows 10) and to install it from the official website by downloading the latest version. However, it always gives me the same problem without solving anything: Is there anyone who has managed to solve it? I hope the developers will notice this problem and solve it as soon as possible

I do not know how you got virus problems ... using this link (see the solution) I downloaded an old version of spotify completely clean and I also scanned it with my antivirus (Avira) and it was safe.
