Spotify doesen't connect

Spotify says that I'm offline even though my wifi icon shows wifi and chrome works, I tried restarting both Spotify and my computer but it doesn't help. 

It just seems that Spotify does not want to connect.

1. Maybe a your security sofware is blocking it. Try to disable it. If it works try editing the rules of the software so it doesn't block it again.
2. Try reinstalling spotify if it still doesn't work.
