Spotify doesn't load up properly

When I attempt to open spotify on my computer a blank spotify window opens but it doesn't load past that visually.

At the same time spotify begins emmitting a series of loud and annoying beeps and other noises until the program is closed.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my computer, and clearing every spotify named item on my computer. Nothing seems to work.

Any help would be appriciated!
