Spotify doesn't work

 Hello,

When I open spotify it stays black. I do see some buttons in the top left corner, but thats it. I have tried to reinstall it. It does not help. How can i fix this?

Hey @StijnJansen

That sounds a little bit like a hardware issue but there are a couple of things you can try. Completely uninstall it and scrub it from the pc (use something like IOBit Uninstaller) before re-installing it.

Secondly you can try using the alternative install as there is both an app and a standalone program available for windows so try the one you have not got installed.
