Spotify skipping songs/not playing

'Just a few steps left!' sidebar not going away

Sign Up, Search A Song and Create A Playlist are all checked off, but Play A Song and Add 5 songs to Playlist won't check even after I do those tasks.Tried restarting client (im on Windows 10) and restarting my PC to no avail.Any help is appreciated!
