Uninstall doesnt work - Local data bank error

Hi,

I do have issues with the local data on my pc in combination with Spotify. The local data bank doesn't change anymore, even if I add new paths to import into Spotify. 

For that I wanted to reinstall Spotify, but I'm not even able to uninstall this... If I click on uninstall Spotify just nothing happens - very confusing.

It seems to me that the error occurs since a recent update of Spotify.

Can someone help me? Is there any way to reset the local data bank or something like that? I thought reinstalling might help, but even that is not possible.
