My Question or Issue

Hey, so I'm trying to log into Spotify on my laptop. However, it's saying that the country I'm in doesn't match the one set in my profile. The thing is, it's works on my iPhone 8 and open.spotify.com but not on my laptop app

Thanks for reaching out to the Community about this. 
 

As a first step we'd suggest you check the country setting of your Spotify account by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account page
  2. Click EDIT PROFILE
  3. Scroll down to Country and check if the correct country has been selected in the drop-down list. If not, make sure to select it. 
  4. Click SAVE PROFILE.

In case you still can't log in after confirming your country, try running a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your laptop. We recommend this step as it's more thorough compared to the regular reinstall and lets you start afresh with Spotify on any device.
