Spotify not saving descriptions, cover art, or playlist titles

My Question or Issue

So, this problem just started today (7/26/19), kind of out of the blue. One minute everything was working fine, and then it wasn't working at all. I was on my desktop app when I tried to modify a description - as long as I remained on the same page, it seemed like it had saved. But the second I left the playlist and returned to it, the description had reverted to the old one. It does the same thing with playlist cover art and playlist titles.

I tried shutting down the app and rebooting it, I restarted my computer, I waited for 15 minutes after editing to see if I was just clicking away from the new saved info too quickly. So far, nothing has changed. Help?
