Spotify premium doesn't start

Spotify premium doesn't start

Just a month ago, I began to notice that Spotify began to take off. But if I managed to switch to my favorite tracks at startup, this did not happen, but when I went to the main menu, Spotify crashed. However, today Spotify has completely stopped working, when it starts, it just turns off. I tried reinstalling, it didn't help. I have a premium plan. Operating system: Window 10

Hey there @RenVenz

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community,

Could you let us know if this is only happening on a specific device? If so, could you let us know the exact make/model, operating system and Spotify version of it?

Also, you mentioned that you've already reinstalled the app, but would you mind going through the steps of a clean reinstall, as it's more thorough than a normal one?

Let us know how it goes.

The application crashes not only on one device, I checked it on 2 PCs and a laptop. At the expense of reinstalling, I reinstalled everything under clean, I assure you that everything was installed absolutely new.

Hey there @RenVenz,

Thanks for the post.

Since this is happening on multiple PCs this might be an account or networking issue, as strange as it may sound.

Could you try to connect via a different network? It can be a mobile hotspot from your phone.

Also, try logging in with a different account if the app allows you to use the log-in screen at all. You can make a free account for test purposes.

Let us know how you get on.
