Spotify starts with Windows despite having automatic startup turned off

As the title says, I went into Advanced Settings and under Startup and Window Behavior where it says "Open Spotify automatically after you log into computer" it says "No," but I just turned my computer on and Spotify went ahead and opened up.  Really don't want to deal with this, and if there's no solution, then I'll simply do without Spotify on my computer and uninstall it.

Going through the same thing.  I thought that I had it fixed last night, but just turned on my computer and it has done it again.

In Advanced Settings, under Startup and Windows Behavior, turn off or diable "Allow Spotify to be opened from the web".  Reboot to check.
