Stuck on the loading screen when I start the Spotify Desktop App. Clean install did nothing, installing an older version of Spotify didn't do anything. Can anyone help me?
I am having the same issue. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling and I still keep getting the circle, never a login screen, no music. Is there something that can be done? Help?!
Having the same issue as of today.
Guys, try to remove the host block you have defined in etc/host. That might help.
How do I do that imxike?
Hi.
I had this problem too. I have been deleting all folders and the app a thousand times.
You have to download an older version that works; Spofify (V 1.0.70.388).
This site is secure, (I have Avast and it has been examinated), http://www.filehorse.com/es/descargar-spotify/
Make sure you download the V 1.0.70.388 version.
I hope this works.
I appreciate your help ezkrat but unfortunately it did not work, still getting the same problem with the older version
If you're using any method to hide the ads try to undo it and see if that works
Have you uninstalled Spotify and al the folders before installing the older version?
I'm having the same problem. I've uninstalled it, and reinstalled it at about 5 times now. Whoever figures out how to fix this, let me know!
ezkrat, I'm pretty sure I had unistalled all the folders but there may have been some that I couldn't find
Try with CCleaner. I know that the old version works perfectly. The newest version doesn't work on W10.
Found a way to solve it but I appreciate your help, thanks
Delete everything related to Spotify. Use something like CCleaner after. Restart the pc. And then, install the older version that I said. It works.
