[TROUBLESHOOTING] Spotify app doesn't work

Hi, I'm using free Spotify with Windows 10 and my app doesn't work anymore (but used to work for the past few years)

I didn't change any settings in the app or on my computer.

I tried everything : change connection, restart computer, clean unistall ...

In the app, friends feed doesn't work and when I search for a song, I can't play it.

Playlists doesn't work and are all empty (same case for daily mix etc)
