The devices do not connect

The devices do not connect

I want to report a connection error between devices of the spotify pc application, apparently the application and the desktop program is not connecting to external devices connected as IOS, in the prints sent, it clearly shows, I used the browser to listen to music and more the spotify software for pc, as well as the IOS application and does not connect, I can listen to different songs on different devices in
