My Question or Issue

Upon upgrading to premium I lost all of my playlists on Desktop, but not on other connected devices, despite display name and account name matching (and it apparently being the same premium account)

Thanks for reaching out about this.

 

Sorry to hear you're having such trouble. 

 

We'd suggest logging out and back in the app. This will refresh the connection to your account. 

 

Make sure to log in your account page from your mobile and check what exact email is associated with your Premium account just in case, so you're sure you're logging in the same account. Sometimes you might have created one account with your email + password combination and another one via Google Log in or Facebook, and those will be separate accounts.
