Volume ~5% on start up

My Question or Issue

Not so long ago my Spotify volume started changing to ~5% when I start my PC. The volume level in Windows is fine, same as in my browser. But I have to increase the volume in Spotify app each time.

The issue doesn't appear on my Android smartphone.
