My Question or Issue

Hello,
since the last update my Spotify Application on Windows 10 does not work as it used to do before.
It is about the bluetooth connection between my laptop and my bluetooth speakers. Normally I can change the main volume on my pc and the loudspeakers get louder/quieter.
What I have now is
- When I'm changing the main volume of my pc, I can hear some tone from the loudspeakers (like if you're choosing a number to call someone on your cell phone), but the volume stays the same
- I can only regulate the volume on Spotify-App, which is very impractical.

There is no such problem using a mobile phone and bluetooth.

I'll be very grateful for any solution.

Best  regards
Matthew

Hey @MateuszK, thanks for reaching out.

Hope everything is going great for you!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstallation of the appreinstall. Just follow the steps here. Please try to re-pair your speakers with your PC.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what we can suggest!
