Web app issue - different songs adding to playlist

My Question or Issue
I'm having issues with the Spotify web app (being used on a Google Chrome browser, everything has been updated). The desktop app is currently completely non-functioning despite me trying to flag its issue over 2 MONTHS ago. I was told to "use the web app" which is now also not working properly.
My newest issue is: I have one large playlist (1400+ songs) in which I add songs I haven't heard before, I listen to them and decide if I want to add them to my yearly playlist or remove them altogether. Unfortunately, Spotify is now glitching out and whenever I add a song to my yearly playlist via the web app, it'll switch it out for a song I've removed from the playlist with the new songs. I thought I must've added the wrong song accidentally but this has been happening for a week now and I'm SURE that it's Spotify acting funny again. I know this can't be an issue on my side as it only happens when I add songs from one playlist to another.
I'm so over nothing being done to resolve or even investigate ongoing issues and new ones piling up on top of them. Do better, seriously
