My Question or Issue

I had two computers update Spotify automatically today and the "add to queue" is missing. I contacted support and got the uninstall reinstall speech, which I did end up doing, however it did not fix the problem. I know it is from an update because it was working fine on one computer until I closed the app. When I opened it again, the option was missing.

Could you please share with us the following? We'll look into this further.

  • A screenshot of how the options appear.
  • Are there any changes when you try using the app from our website or from the Microsoft store and vice versa?
  • If you've tried other troubleshooting steps. That way we can avoid repeating steps.
  • If the same thing happens when you try with another account on the same device
