I am using Microsoft store that Spotify App and there have a black screen when I opened it and I tried lots of ways but still cannot solve it (like Window ShellPower, reinstall the app, restart the Microsoft store, reinstall the Microsoft store)

I really hope Spotify can fix it!!

Thanks for the post.

Try the following:

• Run a clean reinstall of the app, following this Guide. You can try downloading the app from our website.
• Clear you Hosts file from any entries, containing Spotify. Guide here.
