[Windows 10] Playlist Cover/discription

My Question or Issue

I've recently started a weekly playlist and I create graphics for the playlist cover art weekly using Photoshop with my logo. For whatever reason, this week the hover/pencil is no longer there on my app, and even after reinstalling the app I can't change the cover art because nothing will show up on cover-hover.

If anyone can help with info about this I would appreciate it, as the lack of updated visual looks very unprofessional for such a new playlist.
