Windows Standalone App Doesn't Sound

My Question or Issue:

Hello,
I'm having troubles with the standalone app for windows. It doesn't sound at all, i've tried rebooting, reinstalling, erasing cache, i've tried manually and through uninstalling apps but nothing have happened.

I tried the web app an there's no problem, same thing on mobile phone.
But I use the windows app to downlaod music in better quality and now doesn't sound.

I mean "WEB PLAYER" instead of web app
