[Windows] Universal App for Windows 10 (UWP)

I understand why UWP version is not as fast as Win32 Desktop client. But I don't understand why it's so buggy. I can't even open the app anymore, when clicking Spotify icon, it did nothing. I thought it's memory problem as my Laptop has 4gb of RAM only and then I restarted my Laptop, it still refused to open. Reinstalled didn't help as well.

My only option is to hunt down Desktop Client Offline installer through the internet as Spotify doesn't officially provide offline installer anymore.

Anybody have a similar problem like me or is it just me? Is there any solution for this?

OS: Windows 10 (1809)

RAM: 4gb

UWP Version: Latest from store (not remembered actual build number)
