I'm have Spotify Premium and am using the Desktop app for Windows 10.
The songs always shuffle, even when I turn off the shuffle option. I've reinstalled the app twice and it will fix it for a day, but the problem returns.
How can I fix this?

From your screenshot we can see that you're getting an error message. This board is about the Shuffle function.
If you have an issue with Spotify unable to play songs, please open a new thread on the Windows help board 🙂
