Your Library does not work on Desktop or Web Application - Windows 10

Whenever I click on Your Library in the Spotify Desktop app on Windows 10 I get a screen that says: "Something went wrong", "Try reloading the page". There is a "RELOAD PAGE" button underneath. When I click it the whole app refreshes and I get redirected back to the Home menu. I get the same experience in the Web app on Firefox 102.6.0esr (64-bit).
I do see the tabs appear briefly at the top e.g. "Playlists", "Podcasts", "Audiobooks", ..., before I get the error message. I do not get this error in the Android mobile app.
