I suggest you to try reinstalling Spotify: click here to see how to. 🙂

After you remove Spotify, restart the computer as well and make sure there's nothing in %AppData%\Spotify before installing the program again (if you're on Windows).

Another thing that may work is turning off hardware acceleration in Spotify's settings/preferences.
