Song after couple seconds skip to few seconds of the end

I've got issues with songs of the old Billy Talent albums (Billy Talent I, II, III and Dead Silence). After couple seconds of playing song skip into last few seconds of it.

In the Android app, there is a wonderful tab called "Start" which I miss very much in the desktop app. Is there any chance this "Start" page could soon be introduced to the desktop version as well?
