i can't play music on spofity, but not the problem that has been discussed, FREE, not premium

My Question or Issue

The problem is i can't play music on Window Spotify, when i clicked the song i want, it showed nothing and the pic of the song turned to nothing, most of the new songs or the songs i want to listen which can't play, the only solution is reinstall the app, not restarting or login again.

Also, my PC Spotify can't SYNC with my phone if the song can't play on PC spotify (most of them can't), i have no idea of those problem, thx for helping me!!
