no funciona mi aplicacion de windows

no funciona mi aplicacion de windows

no funciona mi aplicación de Windows y me informa que no estoy conectado a internet y que estoy modo offline y pues ya verifique y si estoy conectado no se si sea uin problema general y como dato adicional deberia de haber soporte en español

We recommend to start by giving the app a clean reinstall with the steps in this article as it helps resolve different issues with Spotify's performance. 

 

If the same thing continues to happen afterwards, try via a different internet connection if it's possible to see if that'll make any difference.
