Hello

Have uninstaled and re-installed Spotify.

Does not play any music when clicked on.

Fast forwards every playlist!

Help!

I am getting the same thing. When I click play on a playlist, it just cycles through the songs. If I click play on an individual song, it says "This song is not available. If you have this song on your computer you can import it". Just restarted, just reinstalled the program, app on my ipad works fine.

A few things that may help is to go to Edit > Preferences and switch off hardware aceleration and high quality streaming.

The screenshot you posted didn't work for some reason, could you maybe try posting it again?
