every time I want to go on the playlists of the charts it says that there is a problem and the playlist is not shown. So I can't see the songs and click on them. What can I do?
Does this also happen when trying to play the playlists from the web player? Try reinstalling the app to see if it helps.

Yes it did. I wanted to reinstalle Spotify but it didn't work because I must have windows 7 or later. So now I don't have Spotify on my laptop at all. At least I have a tablet :D
