premium not working

My Question or Issue

Hi

I wanted to buy premium so i bought individual plan with one month free and its been over 24h and its still saying i have ,,free plan´´

Just wanted to ask if its normal for it to be so long or there is an issue. I have tried to log out and log in and reinstall app multiple times. I dont have any other accounts and Im loggining in only with email and password.

If you were able to subscribe successfully, you should have been able to see your subscription immediately. In this case, we suggest that you check if your payment went through by taking a look at your receipts.

If you don't see any payments there, it means that it hasn't gone through successfully on our end. If you can see the payment, make sure to check if the email and password are correct when you're logging in to your account.

no i dont see any payments there so it probably didnt go throught

No worries, you can try subscribing again to individual Premium here. You can use a payment method that meets these requirements. 

If you're having issues doing so, we suggest trying from an incognito window and using a different internet connection.
