PROBLEM

 

+ Connect To Device menu is PIXELLATED (see below)

 

TROUBLESHOOTING

 

+ quit application

+ restarted computer

+ ran Disk Utility from Recovery Console

+ uninstalled / reinstalled app

 

TECH INFO

Plan Premium

Country USA

 

Device Macbook Pro late 2016

 

Operating System Mac OS Catalina 10.15.6

Apologies for the delayed reply, we've just come across this thread.

 

In case you're still having this issue could you let us know if you've performed a clean reinstall of the app, which involves deleting the app caches? If you're not sure, you can head over to this device specific guide and follow the steps there. 

 

If after that your Connect menu is still appearing this way, could you try to zoom in/out the app interface and check whether that has any effect.

 

We'll be on the lookout for your replies.
