reinstalled spotify, ui different

i recently reinstalled spotify to try and fix the issue i was having with discord integration (which i still can't figure out) and the album ui was different. i mean sure i dont really care about it beacuse i can still use it but it still annoys me to **bleep** beacuse i recall it showing a large image of an album and having the text to the side like the photo below (please disregard my lazy attempt at drawing over)

 

i looked through the settings and was not able to find anything that could revert the ui change, so if anything could help it would be appriciated

Hey @exwum 

 

You can make the album art appear larger by following these steps:

1. hover over the album art of the currently playing song.

2. It should show a dark circle with an upwards pointing arrow. Click on this.
3. album art is now big. 🙂 You can make it small again by hovering over it again and clicking the symbol in upper-right corner.

update: after a bit of listening around, i noticed that ads still display the ui i am reffering to. this is what i am trying to get regular albums to show. if anyone could help me figure how to set it back it would be greatly appriciated ad.PNG
