My Question or Issue
SPOTIFY STARTS, BUT DOES NOT PLAY MUSIC. JUST SKIP TO NEXT AND NEXT AND NEXT SONG. PLAYS ONLY THROUGH WEB NOT FROM THE INSTALLED PROGRAMM,
I UNINSTALLED IT AND RE INSTALL, NOTHING
INSTALLED APP FROM MICROSOFT STORE, NOTHING
IT PLAYS ONLY FROM WEB

Observing the Spotify desktop app skipping through songs without any sound being played could mean you're facing an issue that we're currently investigating.
We suggest you go to this Ongoing Issue and add your vote to it by clicking on the +VOTE button. Make sure you follow the steps provided under Status Update as well.
