trouble with device

i have a headphone and want to play it through the Spotify app in computer but cant by some reason its doesn't play and said if i have a file and import it?
but when i play to other output its work like normal and when i went to other place using the same headphone and account but different Pc and its still work well except playing spotify with headphone its cant

Does this happen when you connect the headphones through Bluetooth on your PC? If that doesn’t work, can you try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps?
