web player not playing after 10 seconds

currently using web player and it is skipping the first 4 songs of every playlist and then not playing any song for more than 10 seconds. Any advice?

This sounds like a strange problem, and I've seen some other complaints today.

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache? This differs per browser, but generally, it's found in your privacy settings.

Have you restarted your device? On PCs (Windows, Mac, Linux, etc) I recommend using Restart instead of Shutdown then manually turn back on.

Could you link a playlist you're having problems with? I tried one of mine and had no issues.
