windows 11; resize window doesn't work properly

Issue

Window refuses to resize smaller past a certain point. No other program on my computer does this, and it breaks the "Snap to" window behavior for the rest of the system. It persists across user accounts and desktops; Other accounts and desktops can't snap windows in an alignment other than the one that spotify has forced.

Looking at the other posts and sites, you could easily fix this by just removing the minimum window size. Why is this company refusing to add basic support into this?
