My Question or Issue
I am able to login on another account but on my c**************a account a requested a password reset email regular and incognito. both are getting
wl.spotify.com refused to connect.
Im obviously on the internet, and can log in with this account i turned off add blockers and firewall nothing works
same story on my iphone
any suggestions?

@MateusM I had the same trouble today after receiving a "your password has been reset" e-mail.
The command nslookup wl.spotify.com gave 0.0.0.0, which of cause cannot be reached. But after nslookup wl.spotify.com 9.9.9 gave the correct answer I turned on my (Proton)VPN to the USA to bypass my local DNS/Pi-hole.
