Have tried this about 3 weeks now and no nonthing on spam folder ...
I've asked a member of the Spotify team to look into this for you too 😉
It does appear from your community posts you have two seperate Spotify accounts (first post is under a different username) so that would account for you being billed twice if you subscribed on both.
Hopefully one of the community team will pick up this topic soon!

@Phamii or @phamiiQ - the two accounts you're paying for are the two accounts you're posting in the Community with. One has the username phamiiq and one you're logging into with Facebook details.

I have ONLY ONE SPOTIFY ACCOUNT, yeah my facebook and my spotify account is the same ? and i have only write my card number to PHAMIIQ not phamii so why do you guys charge me twice tell me ?

As Adam said above, it appears you have two accounts and two seperate subscriptions meaning you must have subscribed twice. Best thing to do now is to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get it sorted out easily for you.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
