[All Platforms] Sleep Timer

I am a new user to Spotify from NZ and the first thing I miss having moved from iphone's built in music player is the sleep timer. I understand this feature stopped working in one of the recent versions of spotify App. If it is a compatibility issue partly related to iOS 5, may I suggest that you build a sleep timer into the App itself? 

Also, as suggest by one other Spotify user, Nyx, it would be even better if you could include an alarm featuer so we can all wake up to our favourite playlists within Spotify.

Thanks again for all the great work you guys are doing and we really hope you would consider this new idea.

Update: The issue with sleep timer seems to be working in iOS 8.

I often use spotify while sleeping . It would be great if you had a in built sleep timer , otherwise my phone usually shuts off by the morning .

I am also very interested in this feature! Not that i have a paid subscription at the moment due to Spotify not allowing an Unlimited member to use an iPad 😕

Hello. Completely agree here. Sleep and alarm clock should be included. I hear music when I go to sleep and when I wake up... Free radio apps have this feature. I'm about to switch and stop paying.

It's pathetic that this has taken over half a year to sort. I understood that nothing had changed with the code on spotifys end. But clearly something interfacing with the phones sleep timer changed. And now were months down the line waiting for a feature that should be simple to implement. Hell there are free apps that get this right, yet the service I pay for it scratching its arse.

For anyone with a jailbroken device, theres a free cydia app from the modmyi repo called sleep. It resprings you device which stops spotify. Hope this helps.

I want this to be a reality!  I have the android app, and I have wanted an alarm/sleep timer on it for awhile.
