[All Platforms] Sleep Timer

I am a new user to Spotify from NZ and the first thing I miss having moved from iphone's built in music player is the sleep timer. I understand this feature stopped working in one of the recent versions of spotify App. If it is a compatibility issue partly related to iOS 5, may I suggest that you build a sleep timer into the App itself? 

Also, as suggest by one other Spotify user, Nyx, it would be even better if you could include an alarm featuer so we can all wake up to our favourite playlists within Spotify.

Thanks again for all the great work you guys are doing and we really hope you would consider this new idea.

Update: The issue with sleep timer seems to be working in iOS 8.

This would be my favourite feature if it existed/worked!

I have tried the iOS timer with 'When Timer Ends' -> Stop Playing and it doesn't work (at least with iOS 7.1.1).

I so long to plonk my iPhone in my bedside sounddock, hit sleep for 30 or 60 minutes and gently drift off knowing I won't wake up unexpectedly at 4am with a very rocky song blasting out. On that note, I would be great to have a 'Sleep' radio staion which plays progressively sleepier and slower tunes until it finally turns off.

I'm just going to renew this post! This seems like a simple solution. Please add at least a sleep timer function, it would change my life.

please please add a sleep timer to the iphone app so i can listen while i fall asleep. the way it is now, when i set my iphone sleeptimer and am using spotify, the iphone sleeptimer pauses then gets overridden and spotify continues to play and hours later it's still playing and wakes me up.

you can do it, i know you can!

I've recently signed up to spotify premium and I was disappointed to find that there is no sleep timer for spotify.  It is surely a really easy thing to include.

I hope to see it soon.

I really hope they get around to this very soon!  With when and how I listen to music, a sleep timer is just about the most important function possible for me.

Please, very very please spotify people add a sleep timer to the app, it would make all of us so much happier. Btw, love the app, but how can I go premium if I can sleep listening to music?

Yeah this is huge. Pretty simple, but goes a long way. I can't get up and shut down the computer in the middle of the night. This feature would be awesome and then for it to come right on in the morning, Hell yeah. Please guys add this to the top of the queue!! 🙂

In my opinion it's like the only option missing from the app at the moment. When i go to sleep i just burn data and battery for no reason. and i have to use a second app for this reason. Please rethink about making this option possible!

please make it POSSIBLE for all apps including Android...Crazy that s not yet there..And could be a premium features !!!
