[All Platforms] Sleep Timer

I am a new user to Spotify from NZ and the first thing I miss having moved from iphone's built in music player is the sleep timer. I understand this feature stopped working in one of the recent versions of spotify App. If it is a compatibility issue partly related to iOS 5, may I suggest that you build a sleep timer into the App itself? 

Also, as suggest by one other Spotify user, Nyx, it would be even better if you could include an alarm featuer so we can all wake up to our favourite playlists within Spotify.

Thanks again for all the great work you guys are doing and we really hope you would consider this new idea.

Update: The issue with sleep timer seems to be working in iOS 8.

Hi guys, I signed up to suggest this, it's the thing I'm waiting the most from spotify!
It would be great if the sleep timer and wake timer features were added to spotify on every platform (mobile and computers)!

so sad that the iOS sleep timer fades Spotify out for a second then fails to effectively turn it off... an in-app sleep timer and alarm would be such a great feature to have as an US Spotify user from day one! please, please, please? pretty please? with green-colored Spotify sugar crystals on top?

A sleep timer is the only thing that the Spotify iOS app is lacking. I recently switched over to Spotify from Rdio because of the increasing amount of people I know that are using Spotify, and because of a few minor glitches that I experienced in the Rdio app. However, Rdio had a sleep timer, and I used it every single night. Please look into this further, as it's been over a year -- nearly two -- since this was last brought up.

How hard can it be to write a script that connects to a simple timer and add some graphics on top....granted not as easy as just saying it but you guys are supposed to be good! 1 guy, a couple of weeks work, around 1000 known customers happy, most likely many more....makes sense to me.

I just subscribed Spotify today and fall in love with it! I wanted to keep it playing on the bed until I sleep. Well I can't do that at the moment. Certainly this is a must-have feature.
