[Android] Rearrange Tracks inside a Playlist

On my iPod I can manually move my songs around that are in my playlist, but I can't do the same on my phone which is what I mostly use. It would be easier to have that option on all devices.

Hey!

The Spotify Community team here.

We're pleased to confirm that this feature should now be available to all Android users.
We'd recommend double-checking that you're running the latest version of Spotify.

Once again, thanks for showing your support here in the Community.

How are we still waiting for this Spotify?
I think it is pretty poor that there has been no response considering most of are probably paying the £9.99 subscription fee for the upgraded service!!

Spotify, you're a joke. This is why people don't want to switch over.

This is something that a coder should be able to handle in a day or two, not 3+ years. Pathetic.

Dear Spotify, I have just cancelled my Premium subscription because of this, and will be giving my money to Apple Music from now on. You've blown it as far as I'm concerned. You've shown you're not able to identify and provide all the functionality that is most important in a music app.

Their product owner is doing a bad job if they haven't gotten this feature I yet. I checked and they have several product manager jobs open but I'm not moving to Sweden to get this fixed for us. Haha.

Android Users:

I feel your frustration...  There is another thread called "Make entire play queue editable" that is "under consideration". Not even the desktop PC queue is capable of rearrangement of songs. We at the other thread have been arguing for a couple years that this should be made available across all platforms.

All I ask is that you check out the other thread and give it Kudos.  I'll do the same here.

Spotify is not going to change things anytime soon. We were told that in no uncertain terms at the other thread. With a unified voice, they may. This is a basic feature, and it should be implemented.
