[Android] Rearrange Tracks inside a Playlist

On my iPod I can manually move my songs around that are in my playlist, but I can't do the same on my phone which is what I mostly use. It would be easier to have that option on all devices.

Android market share: 70.85%. iPhone market share: 23.10%. How is it possible that they haven't fixed this yet? Almost three times as many Android devices, and it's still the ugly redheaded stepchild. C'mon Spotify. Apple is LOSING market share. You need to swap your priorities. Don't be a lemming like other companies who haven't figured out that MOST PEOPLE use Android. Lead by example! Otherwise you're like the French radical, watching the crowd run by and saying, "There go my people. I must find out where they're going so I can lead them."

Hi folks. As I've stated on previous occasions, this is not an oversight by Spotify. Spotify strategically did not implement this feature because they want Spotify installed on as many desktops as possible.

I've started using Twitter to attempt to get the message out - if you tweet, I'd suggest this is possibly the best way to make an organisation take notice.  Cheers.

Spotify know they can get away with this on Android. The App Store and iOS users would not stand for this. Are you suggesting Spotify are not aware of the playlist/Android issue and/or don't have the technical skills to change it?

Premium user (currently) who cannot believe that I need to go to my P.C. to do such a damm simple task. Spotify.....Is this simple standard 'feature' that difficult to add to the Android app ?  Have a meeting about it, then have a fika, followed by another meeting and then try getting someone onto the 5 minute job to get it done... sounds simple if you were actually listening to your customers doesn't it

I need this feature. Please. I like to have anot updated Playlist and I like it to flow, so if I want to add a song I have to start a new Playlist from scratch, adding the 140+ songs back in again. It's tedious and annoying.

I'm trialling spotify premium at the moment. There are lots really basic things like this that you'd expect from any music player but are missing from Spotify. I have to say... I'm a little disappointed so far. Not going to give up just yet though. I hope they add this soon.

I can only assume Spotify is partnered/endorsed by Apple. I do not intend to buy an Apple device, and therefore will most likely be cancelling my premium subscription and finding another app to use for playlist when teaching yoga classes.

Spotify is not endorsed or partnered with Apple, Apple has their own music
service and Spotify was around way before that, they have nothing to do
with Apple
