[Android] Rearrange Tracks inside a Playlist

On my iPod I can manually move my songs around that are in my playlist, but I can't do the same on my phone which is what I mostly use. It would be easier to have that option on all devices.

With 2018 right around the corner, it becomes really difficult for me to remain faithful in Spotify's mobile development team when there are inconsistencies on which features are available across various platforms. 2014 this issue was introduced, and still nothing. Arranging songs in a playlist is critical for me since for the most part I listen to songs in a particular order. The fact that 4 years ago I could do it on my iPhone 5s but I couldn't do it on the Note4 and Note8 that I had since then is really disappointing. Please fix this, Spotify - such a basic function should have been available from the get-go.

I guess I need to use a different music service. Reordering playlists is a basic function.

I've been spotify premium users for years.. you have this feature on iOS device for years and now you say that this feature on android is not on your pipeline? if you dont add this feature, then this will be my last month's of being spotify premium and will shift to another else.

It sucks. They obviously have their reasons for not doing this. Its $$>customer satisfaction

Maybe Spotify has been bribed to purposely suck

Or apple bought spotify to sink it and keep themselves more relevant

Or Spotify is mocking us (you can especially feel the love in their sad, dry responses)

Did you settle for almost the best music app? 

Or Spotify simply doesnt care 

Maybe a flood of actual phone calls?

Its just so sad and dissapointing. Your clients should not be stressing this much over a SIMPLE FEATURE

Guys, I know this is a long shot, but keep voting for this idea in this thread, it might help but that is a BIG IF. On a side note, keep complaining in this thread, their Facebook page, their twitter, call them (if you can). This **bleep**e has been going on for long enough, we should not bow down to this kind unfair service.

When making a party playlist I think most of us want to place the songs on a certain order so that we don't get drastic mood changes,  but we also don't want to have to keep track of the queue all the time moving things around. I mean we do want to enjoy the party too.
