Add a "not interested button"

Hello,

Spotify keeps shuffling my true crime podcasts to one's I don't like. There is no way to stop this from happening and I can not remove the specific podcast from queue. It comes back. 

There should be an option, such as a not interested button, to stop a particular podcast or song/artists from playing. Please add something that will make these podcasts not come up as you ask them not to.

I agree, and if you search for a song and you don't like the results it would be nice if you can mark not interested and it won't get recommended on any of your playlists. Alternatively, a block button where you won't hear that song (or podcast) again anywhere on the app (unless you unblock in your profile) would be awesome too.

you implemented the dislike button somewhere in 2018 after populair request, and proceeded to remove it last year.

Please bring it back I really miss it, I would like to have my power back in personalizing my music experience here on Spotify.

I have tens of podcast downloaded and after I play one Spotify cues podcasts I have no interest in hearing, not any of the ones in my download list. The items added to the queue are not podcasts I am following or want to follow. There appears to be no mechanism to block content from being queued that Spotify obviously wants me to listen to. In addition to marking something as following I wish there was a way to Mark something as blocked from being randomly queued again because Spotify thinks I am interested in it.

I find I have to click the checkmark as Finished when I don't want to listen to a podcast. Spotify keeping track of what I don't like would be nice. I don't want to unfollow the podcast, but just that episode. and those darn "You might also like" things (I'm talking to you, Jay Shetty) The 5 minute preview ad is on all my podcasts because they are similar. Having to click "Finished" gives the impression that I liked it. I don't.

The Autoplay feature keeps playing podcasts that I don't want to listen to. Can you please add the ability to remove them from the algorithm.

Rather than always having to block certain songs or artists, there should be a “not interested” feature for songs and artists in recommendations. I see that this has already been implemented for podcasts. Also, this could apply for daily mixes. I may not want to listen to pop and rap together, for example.

The 'hide button' seems to have nothing to do with how the algorithm works. It only hides for 30 days. I have no 'not interested' button anymore, that's been gone for a while. All I have is 'hide'.

I like and listen to no music in the genre 'jungle' (a genre characterized by heavy use of 'jungle beat' sample or style I guess) and I hide every song i come across.Yet, in my discover weekly, in my recommended, in the new multi-genre discover weekly, jungle beat poisons every single thing I listen to. I want webcage, i want 100gecs, i want jakube, i want erickd. I want free.99. I want to stop the deluge of jungle.

I absolutely despise this genre as a result of spotify doing this to me. my algorithm is poisoned and i can't find a way to unpoison it.

I never 'like' anything with jungle beat. I have excluded all my 'recommendation' (weekly, release radar, etc.) playlists from 'my taste profile'. I skip every single time it pops up

In my discover weekly, we get like 5 genres at the top now right? One of mine is just 'jungle'. Not only that, every other genre will be littered with jungle trash. if i wanted jungle that bad, you'd think my likes and playlists would be full of it right? I have like 5k songs liked and i guarantee less than 2% of that even has a smidge of the jungle beat that would technically qualify it as the genre. like 2 aphex twin songs, maybe.

Personally, I think I have some artist in my likes playlist that is sampling jungle beat but in a way that isn't usual, so i don't notice, or otherwise tagging their music 'jungle'.

Please, please help. Help. Do something.
