[Android] Remove the Shuffle / Play Button

Hi, I tried out your new design, which I have mixed feelings about, but nevermind that. The most annoying thing I come over in the new Spotify (for iPhone by the way) is the dumb, big, overlapping, unnecessary shuffle play button that pops up everywhere. Is this a bug or is this on purpose? Could at least had add an option for it. Also, it doesn't look streamlined at all with the current design. Did it even occur that not everyone wants a shuffle play button?

Revoked Kudos. There's already a shuffle toggle button and a way to not shuffle the songs. It's just by not clicking on Shuffle Play but clicking on the song instead.

I think there is a misunderstanding here. One *can* play playlists in normal order (just choose the song you want to start from and double tap it). The HUGE shuffle button is just a quick way to start playing songs in random order.

-> Please do not remove the button but feel free to make it less 'intrusive'.

I'm a Premium client and I listen to music in shuffle mode on the go pretty much 99,99 % of the time.

Don't remove it. I use it everytime to start playlist with random track. Robust option on Premium.

When I hit by this to long-time-no-hear handsup track I start to jam hard and I'm so happy. If you remove this feature, I will be mad to Spotify forever...

Last time it shuffled me Verano... I was almost jumping hard on my walk 😄

I know someone thinks it is useless, but you can simple ignore this button and start play by selection track.

Also throwing in my $0.02 here regarding this behavior. I'm trying out premium and becoming more and more frustrated with how difficult it is to listen to an album in the order it was intended to be listened by the musician. Simply adding a user preference to toggle the big green button in to a normal 'Play' button would appease so many people, and perhaps some other people would discover that listening to songs in random order loses out on half the art.

Yes please! As a newly signed up Premium user I was really confused by the huge Shuffle button. The main reason I went premium was to be able to play full albums in order but because of the huge Shuffle button I at first thought I didn't actually have that option. I had to go to the community to query it and find if I clicked on the first track it would play in order as I wanted. This is very misleading and confusing. Personally I would love to see the huge floating button go, but at the very least if you have to have it there have two - a Play/Shuffle Play option. Currently it is completely counter-intuitive and yuk. Thanks
