[Connect] Change Device Name in Device List

We need to be able to configure the display name of devices in the "Devices" list in spotify. This doesnt have to be a feature available on every devices, maybe even a setting only available on the website so it has the most coverage if its an issue implementing it everywhere.

This would be great. Having two of the same devices (and the weird device names chosen) makes a guess in the dark to pick the right one each time:

The H8324 are my two Sony xz2 Compact phones. Would be great if I was able to give them their nicknames, or if Spotify picked it up from the device bluetooth name. 🙂
