[Desktop] Keyboard Hotkey to queue Track(s)

I often browse my playlist and would love to be able to just quickly press something like the Q key to add the selected song(s) to the queue. Now I have to use my mouse again and it gets pretty annoying to quickly add songs to the playqueue.

Would love to have it more work like it did in programs like WinAmp. There you could just press Q to add the song to the queue, select multiple songs and in the playlist queue you could easily rearrange the songs. Now in Spotify it's a little harder to perform these things.

What if I send you the code? I has to be about 3 lines. You're already detecting kepresses on your lists.

If you give me repo access I'll literrally implement it for you for free, or send me some documentation and no repo access. Right clicking is a pain for anyone who's a touch typist.

Please forgive me for being direct, but how come a function like this is still absent in Spotify after 6 years of development?! This goes for both the desktop and (Android) app versions, it should be way easier to add songs to a queue. I know you guys have limited time and are focused on other developments, but I don't think this would involve a lot of time?

I would suggest using the [Q] key on desktops (or ctrl/cmd + Q), just like good ol' Winamp. A 'slide to add to queue' swipe gestures would be very welcome for quite some users on Android too.

Could you please consider adding more ways to add songs to a queue?

If my memory serves me right, hitting Q would add your highlighted song to your queue a few years back.

If I'm correct I simply cannot believe that you removed that function. The absolute highlight of the Spotify UI.

And now, coming back a few years later after googling "spotify queue hotkey", seeing that you've had the idea proposed and decided it's a "Not right now" really makes me wonder what you could possibly be doing that would enhance the UI experience more than this function? Mind reading algorithms that will have Spotify automatically queue the next song on my mind!?

If not, get cracking already......
